(Ammonites are perhaps the most widely known fossil, possessing a typically ribbed spiral-form shell. These creatures lived in the seas between 240 - 65 million years ago, when they became extinct along with the dinosaurs. The name 'ammonite' originates from the Greek Ram-horned god called Ammon. Ammonites belong to a group of predators known as cephalopods, which includes their living relatives the octopus, squid, cuttlefish and nautilus.)

Every piece of Katherine Bree Jewellery is unique, and items may differ slightly from their photographs. This is due to the organic appearance of the natural gemstones used which may differ slightly in shape, size and colour. Occasionally gemstones may be substituted. This necklace is handmade by Katherine and will arrive beautifully packaged in her signature pale blue box with a satin red ribbon bow. Also included will be a card detailing your jewellery care.
