After one year, repair fees apply, with simple re‑stringing starting at £10 for bracelets, £15 for necklaces, £20 for long or multi‑strand necklaces, and £10 for earrings. Lost earring replacements are available at half the listed cost of the pair on katherinebree.com Please note that additional charges may apply if stones, clasps, or other components need replacing.

To post your piece, an insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery is recommended and remember that all postal charges for repair items are the customer’s responsibility.
