An August day in Yorkshire 2022

On a gorgeous sunny day in August I travelled up to the Yorkshire Wolds to meet with artist Lesley Seeger, to work on our upcoming joint exhibition Pigment and Stone. We invited photographer Lucy Saggers to document our collaboration.

Lesley lives an idyllic rural life. A landscape painter, she paints Plein Air and is surrounded by the most beautiful scenery. She works very freely, abstracting the landscape into other-worldly and magical scenes. Her use of colour is inspiring.

Inspired by a selection of her work, I am creating a collection of one-off jewellery pieces which will be on display at the gallery.

Pigment and Stone can be seen at the Pyramid Gallery in York from 5th to 27th November 2022, 11am - 3pm.

Free eco giftwrap this Christmas.

Did you know I offer a free giftwrapping option when you buy a piece of jewellery from me?

I use recycled packaging wherever possible, sourcing illustrated wrapping paper from independent designers and ribbon made from recycled plastic bottles. I re-use postal bags and boxes which might mean the parcel looks a little scruffy on the outside but reveals a beautifully wrapped box within.

Craft Fights Covid. Charity Auction 2020

I'm super happy to have been asked to donate some jewellery to this fab craft auction, initiated by the "Iapetus Gallery", raising funds for the NHS . The Iapetus gallery is a long term stockist of my work and is based in Great Malvern. They have a fantastic online store full of UK handcrafted pieces. See my stockists page for their details.

You can bid on my delicate white seed Pearl bracelet and little gemstone cluster hoop earrings, worth £45 and £42. These were made specially for the auction, but if you lose out, a similar bracelet can be found here

The auction will last for just 7 days, starting on Thursday 23rd at 7pm, and ending at 9pm on Thursday 30th April. Bids can be made throughout the week.

The British Craft Trade Fair 2020 opens its doors to the public for one special day.
